TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully
before placing an order with us.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By placing an order with Australian Business Printers (ABP), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ORDERS & QUOTES

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order, you confirm that all details are correct.

ARTWORK & FILES

You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, text, logos and images supplied are correct and print-ready.
We accept no responsibility for errors in customer-supplied artwork. We are not liable for low resolution, spelling errors or colour variations in supplied files.

PROOFING

Digital proofs are provided for approval when requested.
It is your responsibility to check all details carefully. Once approved, the order proceeds to print and cannot be changed.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

Production times are estimates only and commence once artwork is approved and payment is received.
Delivery times are subject to courier delays and are not guaranteed.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required before production unless prior credit terms have been approved.
ABP reserves the right to hold or cancel orders if payment is not received.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before production has commenced.
Once in production, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

RESPONSIBILITY

ABP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, errors or omissions outside our control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork and content created by ABP remain the property of ABP until full payment is received.
You may not reproduce or use our designs without written permission.

CHANGES TO TERMS

ABP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
