REFUND / REPRINT POLICY

We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our work.

OUR COMMITMENT

We take great care in producing high quality print. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

PRINT QUALITY GUARANTEE

If there is a print quality issue caused by us, such as poor print quality, incorrect colours, missing elements or defects, we will reprint your order at no extra cost.

FILE & ARTWORK ERRORS

We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork or files, including spelling, content, layout, size, colour, resolution or any other issues in the provided files. Please check all files carefully before approving your order.

COLOUR VARIATION

Due to differences in screens, printing processes and materials, slight colour variations may occur. This is considered normal and is not a print defect.

SIZE & QUANTITY CHECK

Please check all details, sizes and quantities carefully before approving your order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes or quantities approved by the customer.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds or reprints for change of mind, or if you simply change your preference after ordering or approving your artwork.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will organise a reprint or replacement.

CLAIMS PROCESS

To request a reprint, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, details of the issue and supporting photos.

EXCLUSIONS

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer or factors outside of our control.
