PRINT PERFECT
Set up your files correctly for consistent print results.
1. FILE REQUIREMENTS
Please supply your artwork using the correct file formats and settings.
PDF (Recommended)
High quality PDF
All fonts embedded
Images embedded
CMYK colour mode
Adobe Illustrator (AI)
Save as AI or EPS
Convert text to outlines
Embed or link all images
CMYK colour mode
Adobe InDesign (INDD)
Package with all links
Include fonts
Export PDF (preferred)
CMYK colour mode
Adobe Photoshop (PSD)
HIgh resolution (300dpi)

Flattened or layered

Important
We do not accept files from Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Canva or low resolution files from the internet.
2. COLOUR MODE
All artwork files must use CMYK colour mode to ensure accurate and consistent printing.
CMYK
For Print
Use CMYK colour mode for all print artwork.
RGB
For Screen Only
RGB files may cause colour variation in print.
3. RESOLUTION
Minimum resolution for all images and graphics.
300 DPI
High Quality Print
Use 300 DPI for best print quality.
72 DPI
Low Quality
72 DPI is for screen use only. Not suitable for print.
4. BLEED & TRIMS
Add 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork.
Keep important text and logos at least 5mm away from the trim edge
5. FONTS
Embed all fonts in PDF files.
Convert all text to outlines in AI, EPS or other vector files.
6. IMAGES & GRAPHICS
Use high resolution images (300 DPI at 100% size).
Ensure all images are embedded or linked correctly.
7. BLACK TEXT
Use rich black for large areas: C60 M60 Y60 K100.
Use 100% K for small text and fine details.
8. LAMINATION & FINISH
Extend background colours and images into the bleed area.
Do not add crop marks or colour bars.
